Motivation & Mission

I am a Wellness and Movement Educator, Breath Enhancement Coach, Trauma Support Partner, and Rest & Play Enthusiast with continuing years of growth and application of Yoga and Wellness in spaces of public and private schools, gyms, corporate fitness, parks and recreation, and mental health facilities.

I encourage, guide, and nurture Well Beings in Rest and Play through supportive and creative movement, breath awareness and application, collective rest and cultivation in spaces of comfort and coziness while savoring the present, radiating God's Love, and building relational connections.

I hope to spark curiosity in the soul, inspire commitment in the body and enhance connection in the heart in order to nurture the essence of well balanced beings by incorporating rest, play, joy, love, luxury, leisure, beauty, sensations, creativity and connection into the spaces of movement, mindfulness and wellness.
